Pupil Voice
The school council's responsibility is to ensure that pupils have a voice and are involved in decisions about the school that affect the,. Through the class councillors all pupils have the opportunity to raise concerns, share ideas ad take part in discussions that involve all of their classmates in reaching a democratic solution. The school councillors work together to voice their opinions with regards to what they could do better in our school. These productive and effective sessions result in amazing ideas which they look forward to implementing in the near future.
Some examples of what we have discussed this year:
- How we can make playing football at lunchtime more enjoyable
- How we can improve pupil wellbeing across the school
- Planning our Kindness / Eco Day for the Summer Term
